Anti-Human CD3/CD28 Monoclonal Antibody Beads

Expansion of the human PBMCs. Cells were stimulated with AntiHuman CD3/CD28 Beads , and expanded for 14 days.

The human PBMCs were labeled with CFSE and stimulated with Anti- Human CD3/CD28 Beads , and then the proliferation of cells was assessed with CFSE dilution assay by flow Cytometry on day 5 after stimulation.

PD-1 expression of the activated human T Cells.The humanT cells were stimulated with Anti-Human CD3/CD28 Beads,and expanded for 14days.

使用人CD3/CD28 T细胞激活磁珠，刺激CD3+ T细胞24到48小时，细胞用FITC anti-human CD69抗体（克隆号FN50 ）和PE anti-human CD25抗体（克隆号BC96）标记，进行流式细胞仪分析。 结论：刺激前后CD25+ CD69+ T细胞占总细胞的比例分别为0.70% 和75.81%。
